Minimum 10 lbs. Cured minimum 12 months. This is the best non-bellota iberico available in the US. Slice chilled, serve at room temp. Vacuum-packed. Good for three months (refrigerated) before opening. Once opened it will begin to dry out slowly- keep it in a sealed container, better still, cut it into parts and wrap in film or vacuum-pack what you won’t be using that week.
